Transfer Inbound - Add Item

Using the Add Item tool

For "stand-alone" Cultivera Pro users (not connected to state traceability), the "Add Item" button that's available on the Transfer Inbound Detail page allows a user to add new line items to an inbound transfer without having to set up a transfer template in Excel.

NOTE: This workflow is NOT for METRC users. You'll need to receive transfers directly in METRC>
  1. Start in Fulfillment > Transfer Inbound, then either create a new transfer or click the TSID for a transfer you've already started. This will take you to the Transfer Inbound Detail screen.
  2. Once you're on the Transfer Inbound Detail page, press the "Add New" button.
  3. You'll then enter the quantity (in units or grams) and the total price in the second and third fields, as pictured below. As long as an entry for the product being transferred exists in Cultivera Pro, it will be available to choose from the dropdown list. If you don't see the Product you're trying to add, you may need to first create it in the Inventory Management module.
  1. Once the fields have been filled in, click "Save," or "Save and Add More" if you're bringing in multiple items.
  2. Once you've added all the items needed for the transfer, chosse "Accept Items" to complete the process.
  1. Once accepted, you'll see the "View Accepted Inventories" link at the upper right corner, where you can click to jump to the Inventory Management>Batches page, which will be filtered on just the batches accepted from that manifest.
