Creating Account Groups in Sales
You can create Account Groups in your Cultivera Pro Sales/CRM module for the purpose of assigning groups to Discounts & Promotions in Inventory Management.
- First navigate to Sales > Account Groups and then click the "Add New" button at the top of the page to begin creating a new Account Group.
- You will then be prompted to enter an Account Group Name, Description, and select 'Status (Is active?)' (to make the group active and available to be assigned to discounts).
- Once you have created your Account Group and are back on the Account Groups page you will click on the account group name.
- Then click the 'Add to Group' button to begin selecting Accounts that should be assigned to this group.
- Once you have added Accounts to your Account Group you will see the accounts listed within the group, and can add additional accounts or delete accounts as needed.
Assigning Account Groups to Discounts & Promotions
- To assign an Account Group to a Discount and Promotion you will navigate to Inventory Management > Discount & Promotion > then click into an existing Discount Name.
- From here you will expand the "Group" tab and click the "Assign to Discount" button.
- You can then select the Group(s) you wish to assign to the Discount & Promotion and click "Assign to Discount"
- After assigning a Group to a Discount you will find the group listed under the 'Group' tab within the discount's details page.
Now you are ready to fulfill orders to these groups and have their discounts automatically applied at the Cart level. And if the account purchases from your Cultivera Market, then they will be able to see any of the discounts associated with their account for various products that have been discounted for them.
