Grow - Recording Plant Waste

Grow - Recording Plant Waste

Use this workflow to record waste weight from plants. This might include defoliation weight, such as when you’re trimming up the bottoms of the plants, or fan leaves you’ve removed prior to harvest. Waste can be recorded against an individual plant or a group of plants in a Grow Cycle.

Recording Waste For A Single Plant

  1. Navigate to Grow > Plants and locate the plant that you need to record waste for. Use the plant barcode or filters at the top of the screen to find it quickly.

  1. Select the plant that you are recording waste for and click the “Waste” button at the top of the screen.
  2. In the “Report Waste” dialog box, enter the Weight, Date, Unit Of Measurement, and Type of Destruction and click the “Report Waste” button.

  1. You will see a confirmation message letting you know how much weight was removed.

  1. Navigate to Grow > Disposal to confirm any Waste that has been recorded.
