Updating Client Information

Follow these steps to update Client Information, such as Company Name, Address, etc, in Cultivera PRO.

  1. Navigate to Sales > Accounts and filter for the Account you wish to update:

Click on “My Accounts” to toggle to see “All Accounts”
  1. Click on the Account Name to view the Account Details page, then select Update Client Info”.
  1. Update any fields as needed on the "Update Client Info" page and then select “Update”

You can also add/update Client Contacts on this page by selecting the “Client Contact” tab and then selecting "Add New Client Contact".

You can also right-click on an Account in Sales > Accounts to “Edit Account” and/or “Edit Contact”.
