PRO: Updating Sales > Accounts Information and Contacts
Updating Client Information
Follow these steps to update Client Information, such as Company Name, Address, etc, in Cultivera PRO.
- Navigate to Sales > Accounts and filter for the Account you wish to update:
Click on “My Accounts” to toggle to see “All Accounts”
- Click on the Account Name to view the Account Details page, then select “Update Client Info”.
- Update any fields as needed on the "Update Client Info" page and then select “Update”
You can also add/update Client Contacts on this page by selecting the “Client Contact” tab and then selecting "Add New Client Contact".
You can also right-click on an Account in Sales > Accounts to “Edit Account” and/or “Edit Contact”.
