Cultivera Price Increase F.A.Q.
The pricing model for Cultivera Pro in Washington will soon change from our existing model to a tiered structure. This means the price of your subscription may be changing.
Pricing for Cultivera Pro in Washington will now be structured into tiered packages, based on business size and monthly revenue. This new structure has been built with care to account for the size, scope, and needs of each licensee, as well as the true cost of service we provide, and the value we offer.

- Why is Cultivera raising prices?
Since launch, we've worked to power the cannabis industry with intelligent software solutions that address operators' pain points throughout the seed-to-sale supply chain. When fully utilized, Cultivera Pro allows operators to save time and money on software, data input, and labor, with dynamic workflows from seed to sale. Combined with the streamlined B2B sales and ordering workflows available in the attached Cultivera Market, these features save businesses thousands of dollars every year.
Unfortunately, technology and software services across the board have become significantly more expensive to provide as costs continue to rise. Our new pricing structure for Pro in Washington has been built with care to more accurately reflect the true costs of our services based on the size, scope, and needs of each licensee, balanced with the real money-saving value we provide. This price change is to reflect the true costs of our current services, and will allow us to maintain our current level of service.
- Why increase prices now? What value will my business get from this?
We've worked hard to avoid increasing prices for just that reason despite the rising costs associated with providing our services for over 7 years. Cultivera Pro saves operators time and money on software, data input, and labor, with dynamic workflows from seed to sale, not to mention the incredible benefits of the Cultivera Market, along with free onboarding and support through our Self Help Library and the brand new Cultivera Training Center.
Unfortunately software services across the board have become significantly more expensive to offer as costs continue to rise, making it impossible to avoid price increases while maintaining quality of service. We believe this price change is necessary to account for the true costs of our current services, and is necessary to allow us to maintain our current level of service.

- Which Cultivera product prices are changing?
The pricing model will be changing for Cultivera Pro in Washington state from a single price model to a tiered structure. This means the price change affects customers in Washington using Cultivera Pro.
- When will I see these new prices reflected on my bill?
For most Pro users in Washington, the new pricing will take effect as of April 1st, 2023. This means you will see your new price reflected in your April bill.
However, there may be circumstances that will delay your changes. We will reach out with details to each account as their price is set to increase.

- Why didn't I get more notice?
As Pro customers each have different billing dates throughout the month, this may mean some customers will have shorter notice than others. You will see the updated price on your normal billing date.
- How long until the price changes again?
We know changes to software costs can be frustrating. Our team has worked hard to avoid increasing prices for just that reason despite the rising costs associated with providing our services for over 7 years. Cultivera will always aim to keep prices down wherever possible.
- Can I adjust which Tier my business is in?
The new pricing model is based on business size. Accounts are evaluated and adjusted quarterly, and cannot be adjusted on request.
- What if I am on promotional pricing?
We know changes to software costs may disrupt your budgeted plans. If you are currently benefiting from a promotional price or a monthly discount applied to your account, you will continue to receive this pricing or discount until the end of your promotional period. Once the promotional period expires, your account will adjust to the new pricing.
- Why use a tiered pricing model?
We understand that not all businesses have the same needs, or cost the same to service. As the industry continues to change and costs rise, we believe it's important to make sure both small and large businesses are able to benefit from the services Cultivera Pro offers. For this reason, we've worked to create a pricing structure that will allow us to continue offering our services to licensed operations of all sizes, without overcharging smaller businesses who require the least support.
