Updates To Cultivera Pro (WA) - 1/19/26
Please see below for a summary of the updates made in Cultivera Pro (WA) in our most recent release on January 19, 2026:
- Inventory Management > Batches: "Adjust Inventory" attempts now produce warning if it would result in QuantityOnHand > InitialQuantity (a relatively new CCRS error/validation for Inventory Insert/Update files):
- The warning will mention the "Initial Quantity" for the selected Batch(es), which will not always match the current quantity, but is instead the quantity that batch started with when inbounded, sublotted, or outputted from a harvest or conversion/production run.
- Users can still press "Continue" to move forward with the adjustment.
- (If you do move forward but then want to ensure the new quantity is successfully reported to the CCRS, you can "Sublot Inventory" after continuing with the adjustment; alternatively, if any adjustment warnings show you that a batch's current "Units In Stock" is already greater than the "Initial Quantity" identified in the warning, then you can "Sublot Inventory" to ensure current quantity is reported on a new barcode.)

- Inventory Management > Batch Detail: A "Return to Direct Parent" feature has been added, which automates adjustments of the remaining units of that batch back into the direct parent:
- The Direct Parent will be adjusted up by the remaining quantity of the selected batch being "Returned to Direct Parent".
- Then the selected batch being "Returned to Direct Parent" is also adjusted down to 0.
- This feature is blocked if the selected batch and Direct Parent are not assigned to the same Product.

- Fulfillment > Order Detail: "Official CCRS Manifest" document is now provided once it's retrievable from the corresponding "Manifest Generated" email, which is generated and sent once the CCRS successfully processes a corresponding Manifest.CSV uploaded by Cultivera (via an initial manifest attempt or "Re-Submit CCRS Data" attempt).
