Official CCRS Manifests Available in Cultivera
As of 1/19/2026, the official CCRS Manifest can now be generated in Cultivera.
The Official CCRS Manifest will be generated on the Fulfillment > Order Details page once it has been successfully processed.
You should still receive the expected CCRS "Manifest Generated" email to the 'Origin License' and 'Destination License' email that was input at the time of manifesting the transfer in Cultivera, but this will now surface in Cultivera as well.
There is no way to generate this manifest before it's been fully processed in the CCRS system.
CCRS Manifest Notifications
You can now subscribe to Email or In-App notifications that will notify you when the Official CCRS Manifest has been generated on the Fulfillment > Order Details page in Cultivera.
For email notifications: navigate to Configuration > Notifications, create (or click on) the subscriber in question, and then select the intended CCRS notifications:
When you receive this notification email, it will include the PDF copies of the Official CCRS Manifest, Invoice, and Purchase Order (below is an example of this email notification):
For in-app notifications: click on the dropdown arrow next to the user name (upper right corner of screen) and select 'Notifications'. In the dropdown menu, enter 'CCRS', and select the notifications you wish to receive.
