Scale Troubleshoot: Star MG4e0--;-S8200

Follow configurations with the Star Manual for desired connection.

For Bluetooth, activate configure to Condition 7.
  1. Scale: Push Power button > On.
  2. Terminal: Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth > Turn Bluetooth On.
    1. Select your scale from the available devices that appear as options to pair with (ex:mG-S322: mG-S322XXYYYY).
    2. Tablet will display “Paired”.
  3. Open POS app > Login > Settings > Hardware test.
  4. Scale: Place item on scale.
    1. Press "Output" on scale.
    2. Weight appears in the test scale display.
  1. Plug attachment cord into device.
  2. Accept any pop ups asking for permission to connect to the device.
  3. Open POS app > Login > Settings > Hardware test.
  4. Place item on scale and the weight will appear in the test scale display.
