Set up WA.gov access to CCRS and check Cultivera reporting access
For Washington license administrators and staff who use the CCRS website. Updated October 12, 2026.
CCRS will use WA.gov accounts for sign-in. Your SAW account will not transfer automatically.
Planned downtime: Monday, October 12, 2026, approximately 5–8 PM Pacific. WA.gov sign-in to CCRS starts Tuesday morning, October 13. LCB has not announced an exact morning opening time.
See the LCB transition notice for current information.
1. Prepare your account
- Find the email address already associated with your CCRS access.
- Create a production WA.gov account, or use your existing production WA.gov account.
- Follow the account prompts and verify your email address.
- Keep access to your email for sign-in verification.
You can create the WA.gov account before CCRS opens. Test accounts are separate from production accounts.
2. Link your account when CCRS opens
- Open the production CCRS website on Tuesday morning, October 13, or later.
- Select the sign-in option.
- Sign in with your production WA.gov account.
- Enter the correct CCRS email address on the first-time registration screen. Use the table below.
- Select Register.
Your role | Email to enter in CCRS registration |
Primary license administrator | Use the email of record for the license. This is usually the email from the initial license application. |
Authorized staff member | Use the email address that your primary administrator granted reporting access to. |
Your CCRS registration email can differ from your WA.gov sign-in email. Use the email already associated with your CCRS access.
Registration links the accounts once. Later visits use your WA.gov sign-in.
See the LCB User Sign-In Guide, August 2026 for the registration screen.
3. Check Cultivera access for each license
Only the active license administrator can change the approved integrator. An integrator is a provider that submits reporting data for your license.
- Open Account, then Licensee in CCRS.
- Select Edit for the license you want to check.
- Check Approved Integrators for Cultivera.
- If Cultivera is missing, select Manage Integrators.
- Select the Cultivera checkbox, then select Update.
- Confirm that Cultivera appears under Approved Integrators.
- Repeat the check for each production license that uses Cultivera reporting.
If Cultivera is already approved, leave that assignment in place. LCB has not instructed all customers to remove and add it again.
Test assignments do not transfer to production. Approval for one license does not cover your other licenses.
See pages 9–12 of the LCB License Administrator Guide for these controls. Use the current WA.gov sign-in steps above.
