Managing Users in Multiple PRO Accounts
A user's email can only be used in one system at a time and cannot be used to access multiple systems.
New user accounts must be set up with a different email address in each system. However, you can use Gmail's auto-alias rules to create a new User with an alias of that email (this is recommended if you want to be able to log into multiple systems using one email address).
GMAIL Alias Rules:
For Google inboxes (any that use Google, not just @gmail.com email addresses), you can add any number of periods to the email address or add a plus followed by any other characters.
For example, a User can be added to one system under (support@cultivera.com). That User can then be added to another system under (sup.port@cultivera.com); any emails sent to (sup.port@cultivera.com) will then arrive in the (support@cultivera.com) inbox.
Whichever email alias you choose, you'll just have to know which one logs in to which account (you can manually update your passwords to be the same, but that's not automatic).
