Cultivera Pro FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Cultivera Pro
Q: How can I reset my password?
If I'm an Administrator, how can I reset a User password?
A: On the main login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. You'll be taken to a field where you can enter the email address used for the User login and click "Reset." A message will be automatically sent to that email account with further instructions on how to reset the Cultivera password.

Q: How do I delete a Strain from my system?
A: Strains cannot be deleted in your system due to historical record-keeping purposes, however, you can make a Strain 'Inactive' in your system so it doesn't populate on the 'Strain' dropdown menus. To make a Strain 'Inactive', navigate to Inventory Management > Strains and click 'Edit' next to the Strain. In the 'Edit Strain' window, switch the 'Status' toggle off so the Strain is no longer 'Active', and select 'Save Changes.' For more information on working with Strains, click here.
Q: Do you have an open API so that I can connect Cultivera with other software?
A: Cultivera does not have an open API to enable other external programs/applications to integrate with and pull data from Cultivera Pro, and only integrates with state traceability systems and QuickBooks Online. We do not have any plans to have an open API at this time as our development team's resources are currently dedicated elsewhere.
Q: I'm trying to allocate inventory to a Production Run, but it's not showing under my 'Conversion Inputs'.
A: Typically this occurs when the intended input Batch has not been made 'Available' under Inventory Management > Batches. However, this can also occur if the incorrect Input Product was selected at the time the Production Run was started. You can navigate to Inventory Management > Batches to confirm the batch in question is 'Available' and which product is assigned to the intended Conversion Input batch.
Q: The harvest date isn't showing on my labels for a certain batch.
A: If your labels are set up to include a 'Harvest Date', then you will need to make sure the harvest date is set for the corresponding QA Result in your system. You can navigate to Inventory Management > QA Result, filter for the intended result, right-click, and select 'Set Farm Info'. The pop-up window will have a field for 'Harvest Date' that you can set accordingly. Once set, regenerate the label for the batch in question to confirm the intended 'Harvest Date' is displayed.
Q: One of our Sales > Accounts has a new Company Name, how do we change this?
A: The Company Name can be updated for a Sales > Account by right-clicking on the account and selecting 'Edit Account'. You can update any of the editable fields as needed and then select 'Update'. Please note, License No. and UBI are not editable fields and are required to be updated by Cultivera staff.
Q: How do I 'return' inventory 'to parent'?
I have inventory that was returned that I'd like to return to its original parent batch, how do we do this?
A: There is no 'Return to Parent' function within Cultivera, however, you can perform a series of adjustments to adjust the child batch to 0 units and then adjust those units back into the parent batch. Batches can be adjusted by right-clicking on the batch (under Inventory Management > Batches or Inventory Management > Batches > Depleted Inventories), selecting 'Adjust Inventory', updating the Units in Stock, and then selecting 'Adjust'.
Q: I am receiving an error when attempting to delete a Driver or Vehicle from my system.
A: You are unable to delete any drivers and vehicles due to historical record-keeping purposes, especially those that were used on previous manifests. If you no longer wish to see the driver or vehicle populate in your dropdown lists, you can mark those that are no longer with the company or in service as "Inactive/Active" and you can also utilize the "Hide for Fulfillment" checkboxes to prevent those from being options listed when filling out the manifest. If you are ever attempting to delete a driver/vehicle that has not been used on previous manifests and you would like them fully removed from the system, please provide the driver/vehicle in question so that we may investigate this further for you.
