Washington CCRS login change: October 12 downtime and required account setup

For Washington Cultivera customers. Notice dated October 12, 2026.

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) will change CCRS sign-in from SecureAccess Washington (SAW) to WA.gov.

Plan for the state downtime

  • Monday, October 12, 2026: CCRS will be unavailable for maintenance from approximately 5–8 PM Pacific.
  • Tuesday morning, October 13: Users can start signing in to CCRS with WA.gov.

Do not plan on WA.gov sign-in being available at 8 PM Monday. LCB has not given an exact Tuesday morning opening time.

Complete time-sensitive CCRS tasks before maintenance where possible. Plan CCRS-dependent work around the state outage.

Read the LCB maintenance bulletin and current CCRS notice for updates.

What you need to do

  1. Before the change: Create a production WA.gov account, or confirm access to your existing account.
  2. Find your CCRS email: Confirm the email already associated with your license administrator or staff access.
  3. After access opens: Sign in to the CCRS website. Complete the one-time registration with your CCRS email.
  4. Check reporting access: Ask your license administrator to confirm Cultivera is approved for each production license.

SAW accounts do not transfer automatically. Your CCRS registration email can differ from your WA.gov sign-in email.

Open the step-by-step WA.gov and CCRS setup guide.

What changes for your team

This state change affects how you sign in to CCRS. LCB says CCRS functions and upload processes stay the same.

Your license administrator controls Cultivera's reporting permission. If Cultivera is already approved, leave that assignment in place.

See the LCB transition FAQ and current LCB sign-in guide.
