Adding and Assigning QA Results in Cultivera Pro
Test results do not currently sync directly from Metrc to Cultivera.
Please follow the below steps to add new QA Results for labeling and internal purposes.

Adding New QA Results
Navigate to Inventory Management > Batches
- Locate the batch that you need to enter the QA result for.
- Right-click the batch that you're adding results to. Choose "Copy Barcode to Clipboard".
- Right-click the batch again and choose "Add new QA Result and assign"
- Paste the barcode in the QA Lot field, then fill in the remaining fields with the numbers from your lab report/Certificate of Analysis.If you're unsure of how to read the QA Results accurately, please reach out to the testing lab for clarity/guidance.
- After QA Results have been added, navigate to Inventory Management > QA Result and right-click the test result you just added to add any of the following:
- Terpenes and Cannabinoids
- Pesticide Levels
- Set Farm Info/Clear Farm Info
Details
This is where the Producer/Processor information can be added to populate info for product labels if desired.
- Add Certificate of Analysis/Remove Certificate of Analysis

This is where the PDF file of the QA Result can be attached and can be emailed with the invoice for an order to the recipient.
- Delete QA Result

Assigning an existing QA Result to another Batch
Navigate to Inventory Management > Batches
- Right-click on the batch that the QA Result needs to be assigned to, select "Assign QA Result".

- Enter the QA Result TSID to see the QA Result populate in the drop-down menu.
- Select result, and select "Set Result".

Adding & Assigning QA Results to a Batch
Navigate to Inventory Management > Batches
- Right-click on the batch that the QA Result is associated with.
- Select "Add New QA Result and Assign".

- Enter information into all fields, and select "Add Results".

To add information such as Farm Info or Terpenes, Navigate to Inventory Management > QA Samples, and right-click on the QA Sample to see additional options.
